I purchased the Elite set several months ago for my new Beretta DT11 and I am impressed with their performance. A quick story regarding a shoot I recently attended at LA Clays, shooting Super Sporting. I started off using a different brand of chokes, not getting near the breaks I had been getting with my Rhino Elite set. After not shooting well on the first three stations and not getting the breaks I was accustomed to, I changed back to my Rhino chokes. I started getting solid breaks and regained my confidence. I ended up taking 2nd place and only lost by two targets. Chokes do matter.

I purchased the two sets of the elite set for my 694 a few months back. I have numerous chokes from numerous manufacturers. For me, the Rhino elite chokes are the best patterning with the loads I use for competition (Fiocchi White Rhino & Winchester AA SuperSport). These chokes gave me the confidence to win my first main sporting clays event this past weekend with an 89/100.

I purchased two Elite chokes (.027 and .032) for my Beretta 692 X-Trap, and they have performed exceptionally well. Paired with Remington 1145 1oz 2¾” shells for trap singles and Fiocchi White Rhino loads for handicap (23 yards), the patterning is outstanding; clearly reflected in consistent, solid target breaks. These chokes provide noticeable results, and others can easily see an improvement in performance.

There is a certain amount of confidence that comes with aftermarket choke tubes vs. “factory” tubes. That may be because they want to sell guns first and chokes second. These chokes proved to me when I did a pattern test on 36×36 paper. The tests were from 25Y to 40Y. The paper was covered with #8 holes. I tested .002, .007, .012, .017 and .022. Sadly now, I am not able to blame the gun or the chokes for any misses. I have all of the colors and just ordered the new +.002 green Elite tube. I am confident this will produce equal success as the other colors. The colors allow quick visual inventory of what choke I have loaded and allowing easy barrel selection. Order these chokes with confidence.

I purchased 4 elite chokes for my Beretta 694 before going to the MS State Shoot. My coworker and shooting friend finally talked me into it. I received the chokes in 3 days and got to practicing, my confidence went through the roof! Got to the State Shoot and Providence Cup, took 1st in my resident class (2nd overall in class), T2 in the Providence Cup, falling to my buddy that turned me onto the Rhino chokes, ha ha. Just saying! My advice…. believe they are as good as you hear, buy them, pattern them, use them and win!
