We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

 

We accept returns/exchanges for 30 days upon receipt of your order.
Please see the additional information below in regards to returning/exchanging your order.

Returns/Refunds

Rhino Chokes will only refund UNUSED chokes due to manufacturer defects. If you feel like your choke tube is defective please contact us immediately to discuss return procedures. Please do not send back without contacting us as a return authorization form is needed.

Exchanges

We at Rhino understand that order errors occur and exchanges may be needed. Exchanges will be considered as long as the choke is unused. If you feel an exchange is needed, please contact us to discuss further.

Custom Choke Order

Due to the nature of manufacturing a custom choke tube order, these will not be eligible for return. Should your choke be defective, please contact us so we can discuss the process to correct the defect.

Trade-In Program

At this time Rhino does not have a choke tube trade-in program.

Defects

If there are any defects to the product upon receiving it, please call us immediately at (800) 226-3613. We will issue you a return shipping label so you can send the product back to us for a replacement. We stand behind our product and services 110% and want to ensure our customers are satisfied. Upon receipt of the defective product, it will be inspected. If it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, then a replacement will be shipped.

WARNING: Shooting reload ammo through Rhino chokes voids all warranties.
